LITTLEMILL 1990 #2581 33Y PRIVATE CASK SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY

700ml | 43.2% | Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Littlemill Distillery

Founded in 1772, Littlemill is one of the oldest distillery brands in Scotland. It produces single malt whisky. Throughout its history, the ownership of Littlemill changed hands multiple times. In 1931, Duncan Thomas acquired the distillery and introduced many technological innovations, such as the newly designed Saladin box. It had two ventilation towers and a kiln used for malting barley. He also switched to using copper stills with an aluminum coating and replaced the swan neck with a rectification column. To this day, the legacy of Duncan Thomas can still be felt at Littlemill, with many bottled whiskies proudly evoking this era. Since the 1930s, Littlemill has continued to produce its signature Lowland malt and experimented with heavily peated Dumbuck malt and the fuller-bodied Dunglass, named after a nearby castle. Unfortunately, Littlemill was closed in 1992 due to the bankruptcy of its then-owner. The distillery was later demolished in 1996. The remaining buildings were destroyed by fire in 2004, and now there are fewer than 12 casks of Littlemill left in existence.

The Littlemill 1990 #2581 33-Year-Old Rare Single Cask Cask Strength Set was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2023. It is limited to only 176 bottles worldwide. The set comes in a top-tier wooden box, accompanied by a mini bottle of the whisky and a piece of oak from the cask used to mature this rare whisky. It is a true collector's item and a rare treasure worth owning!

HIBIKI 40Y

700ml | 43.0% | Japanese Blended Whisky

The harmony of nature, time, and the distiller's spirit—Whisky is the embodiment of time, nature, and the distiller's dedication, rooted in the Japanese cultural pursuit of meticulousness. Drawing from the diverse single malts of Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, the blenders, with their keen senses, transform these elements into the exquisite "Hibiki," a masterpiece akin to a work of art.

A timeless and limited-edition masterpiece— As a pioneer of Japanese whisky brands, Hibiki 40 Years Old is crafted from high-quality Japanese whisky single malts aged for over 40 years, sourced from Suntory's globally renowned distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. Under the exquisite blending skills of the fifth-generation Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo, it composes a magnificent symphony of flavors and aromas on the palate.

Its rarity and charm lie in the legacy passed down through three generations of master distillers. Distilled under the supervision of the founder, Shinjiro Torii, it was later taken over by the second-generation Suntory master distiller, Keizo Saji, and is now continued by the third-generation master distiller, Nobuhiro Torii, and the fifth-generation Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo. They inherit decades of expertise and experience in blending, showcasing the essence of Japanese craftsmanship. This not only represents the unique and rare spirit of craftsmanship but also reflects the historical journey of the Suntory distillery.

Hibiki 40 Years Old is matured in three types of casks: Japanese Mizunara oak, Spanish oak, and American white oak. These casks provide the whisky with a rich and layered texture, while maintaining a harmonious balance, creating the unique "harmony" that defines Hibiki Japanese whisky. It bursts with flavors of apricot, Japanese loquat, and lemon blossom, complemented by figs, honey, and Japanese yuzu, weaving a luxurious palate. The finish delicately interprets Japanese sandalwood, with a lingering and elegant aroma of Mizunara oak, captivating in its sophistication.

GLENALLACHIE 10Y HUNGARIAN

700ml | 48% | Single Malt Whisky from Speyside, Scotland

First, we age the whisky in American bourbon casks. To enhance its sophistication and uniqueness, the whisky is then transferred to specially selected virgin casks for an additional maturation period of approximately 18 months. The subtle differences in flavor profiles are influenced by a variety of factors: the type of oak, local terroir, the natural air-drying period of the oak, toasting, charring, and coopering. Each of these elements interacts uniquely with the whisky from Allt-à-Bhainne, adding texture, depth, and complexity.

The Allt-à-Bhainne 10-Year-Old Spanish Virgin Cask is aged in Spanish oak hogshead casks, imparting flavors of spice and molasses. The oak is sourced from the cool, damp forests of the Cantabrian Mountains in the northern Spanish regions of Galicia and Asturias. The wood is air-dried for 18 months before being toasted and charred to a medium level, allowing the whisky to fully absorb the flavors of the oak. The secondary maturation in virgin casks deepens the whisky's mahogany hue, creating rich notes of dried fruit, maraschino cherries, and a hint of ginger.

Cask Usage: Initially matured in American bourbon casks, then finished in Spanish virgin casks.

Color: Mahogany.

Nose: Waves of fruity, baked spices, and toffee pudding, with aromas of brown sugar, cherries, and citrus.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied flavors of chocolate, coffee, and heather honey, followed by notes of pepper, ginger, and molasses, with a finish that brings banana and raisin flavors.
